To find a package in Korea, read the delivery message for three details: 보관 장소 (storage location), 보관함 번호 (locker number), and 인증번호 or 비밀번호 (pickup code). At the locker, choose 택배 찾기 or 수령, enter the requested number, and open only the compartment shown on the screen.

Locker designs differ. Follow the text message and screen in front of you rather than memorizing one fixed button order.
Check whether your accommodation accepts parcels
Before ordering a regular parcel to a hotel, guesthouse, or short-term rental, ask whether deliveries are allowed and what recipient information to use. The property may require your reservation name, room number, phone number, or advance notice. Some properties may not store guest parcels at all.

This guide concerns 택배, a regular package delivery. Restaurant meals and rider calls have different timing and instructions.
Read the delivery location
A completed-delivery message may point to one of several places:

맡기다 means to leave something in someone's care:

Do not search every lobby shelf if the message says 무인택배함. Find the locker area and then look for the compartment number or pickup screen.
Decode a typical delivery text
[배송 완료] 고객님의 택배를 1층 무인택배함에 보관했습니다. 보관함 번호 12번, 인증번호 3456입니다.
This means:
[Delivery completed] Your parcel has been stored in the unmanned parcel locker on the first floor. The locker number is 12, and the verification code is 3456.
The numbers are examples. In a real message, protect the actual code.

Korean messages may use 고객님 ("customer") or your masked name. Confirm that the message matches your order before using the code.

A common flow is:

Select 택배 찾기 or 물품 수령.
2.
Enter the identifier requested by the screen.
3.
Enter the 인증번호 if requested.
4.
Press 확인.
5.
Check which compartment opens.
6.
Remove your parcel and close the door firmly.
The machine may ask for a phone number instead of a locker number. Enter only the information stated in your notification or property instructions.

Listen for 입력 (input), 열립니다 (will open), 꺼내 주세요 (please take it out), and 닫아 주세요 (please close it). Those verbs tell you the next action.
If you did not receive a pickup code
Check the order app, SMS, blocked-message folder, and the phone number attached to the order. Then ask the property or delivery contact:

Do not try random codes or use another resident's open compartment. The host, management office, or carrier may need to verify your name and delivery details.
If the compartment does not open
Describe exactly where the process stops:

Take a photo of the error message if useful, but hide the pickup code, phone number, address, and other private details before sharing it beyond the authorized contact.
If one door is already open, verify its displayed number before removing anything. A parcel with another person's name or unit number is not yours.
If the message says delivered but the parcel is missing
Compare the message location, delivery photo, building number, and unit. A complex may have several towers with similar lobbies.

In apartment addresses, 동 can identify a building and 호 a unit. Check both before reporting a missing parcel.
Pick it up without blocking shared space
Collect the parcel within the property's stated period. After opening the locker:

remove all of your items
•
close the compartment
•
take packaging to the correct disposal area
•
do not leave a large box in front of the screen
•
report an item that clearly belongs to someone else
You may see 장기 보관 ("long-term storage") or 보관 기한 초과 ("storage period exceeded"). If the period has passed, ask where the parcel was moved:

Use this order:
delivery message → location → locker number → pickup code → screen prompt → open compartment → close door
