# Korean Restaurant Waitlist Tablets: Words and Phrases You Need

You reach a busy restaurant in Korea and see a tablet beside the door. The people outside are not standing in a line because their place is stored on that screen.

Look for

**대기 등록** to join the waitlist. You will usually choose the number of people, enter the contact information the system accepts, and receive a waiting number. The exact screens vary, so learn the labels and keep three staff questions ready.

## The words on the first screen
