KTX is a high-speed train. 고속버스 is an express highway bus, while 시외버스 is an intercity bus. Their routes and booking systems are not identical, so search the exact departure and arrival points before comparing results.

소요시간 2시간 40분 means the scheduled ride takes two hours and 40 minutes. It does not include the trip from your hotel to the station or from the terminal to your final destination.
For a bus, road conditions can affect the actual arrival time. For a train, you still need to allow time to find the platform and board the correct service. Compare the complete travel chain, not only the number under 소요시간.

Compare the fare shown for the exact date, route, and seat class. 우등 and 프리미엄 are not the same product as a standard bus seat, just as 특실 is not the same as 일반실 on a train.

매진 means that result is sold out. It does not tell you whether another departure, seat class, station, terminal, or booking system has availability.
