Shopping in Korea can be fun until the cashier asks a question you were not ready for. If you are a traveler, one useful phrase set is tax-free shopping.
Not every store offers tax-free service, and rules can change, but these Korean phrases help you ask clearly and understand the basic flow.
The first question

택스프리 is the Korean-style pronunciation of "tax free." 돼요? means "Is it possible?" or "Does it work?"
